Hey! Welcome to JesusWalk! I started this blog in 2021 as a way to connect with others through my faith. Growing up, I was surrounded by a strong church family at OGBC in Prairieville, Louisiana. My Great grandmother was a God fearing woman, who pushed me to build a foundation with our Lord and savior, Jesus Christ. She sent me to Student Life camps, involved me in the youth program, and made sure I knew the Lord. I faced many challenges as a child. I lost my mother at the age of 12 to a drug overdose. I knew lot long after that day, that God was my source of peace and hope, in a world that I could not yet fully understand. My Great Grandmother passed away in 2021. I have chosen to share my walk with Christ. I want to show others what God can do in our lives, no matter what the enemy throws in our direction.
Since then I have become a father to a beautiful one year old daughter, and engaged to my beautiful fiance Kayleigh. We are navigating being first time parents in a chaotic time and generation. We both accepted Christ into our hearts as children, and our goal is to grow in our faith, ourselves, and as parents, and share that faith as Christ calls us to do.
